Amethyst Hotel Reservation Information

Dear Guest,

Our check-in time is from 14:00, and check-out time is by 12:00 noon.

Requests for date changes, room type changes, extensions, or increases in the number of guests or rooms will gladly be handled based on the current rates available at the time of your request. Please ensure that such requests are communicated to us at least 15 days prior to your arrival date. All requests are subject to hotel availability and will be confirmed accordingly. Please note that while we will do our best to accommodate room preferences, we cannot guarantee special requests.

For guaranteed reservations, cancellations or modification requests must also be made at least 15 days prior to arrival. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the prepayment (deposit). Additionally, in case of early departure before the confirmed check-out date, no refunds will be issued.
